Hajurko Digital Sathi
Not another agency that disappears after the invoice clears. A companion who stays for the part that actually matters: making the thing work.
Where the name comes from
Digi for digital. Pahad for the hills that most of us come from and that keep us honest. Together it means something simple: technology that is ambitious, and people who stay grounded.
We started Digipahad because too many Nepali businesses were being sold expensive websites that nobody visited and software nobody used. The technology was not the problem. Nobody had asked what the business actually needed first.
What we believe
Four things we will not compromise on, even when it costs us the project.
Sathi Approach
Sathi means companion. We are partners, not vendors. We tell you when an idea is weak, when a cheaper option would serve you better, and when you do not need us at all. Your success is the only thing that keeps us in business.
Global Tech, Local Heart
The same stack a startup in San Francisco would use, applied to how business actually works here. Slow connections, price sensitivity, WhatsApp as the default channel, decisions made over tea. Technology that ignores that context does not get used.
ROI First
We measure our work by what it earns or saves you, not by how clever it looks. If a feature will not move a number that matters to you, we would rather not build it.
Ethical AI
AI is a tool, not a magic trick. We are transparent about what a model can and cannot do, careful with your data, and honest about where a simple script would beat an LLM.
How we actually work
Every engagement starts with a conversation, not a quote. We want to understand how you make money, who your customers are, and what is genuinely slowing you down. Often the thing you asked for is not the thing you need, and it is cheaper for everyone if we find that out on a call rather than three months in.
Then we send you a short onboarding form. It is not admin for the sake of admin. The answers become the strategy: what we build first, what we deliberately leave out, and how we will both know whether it worked.
After that, you get honesty over comfort. If a deadline is slipping, you hear it from us before you have to ask. If something we built is not performing, we say so and fix it. That is what Sathi is supposed to mean.
